Today’s announcement by the World Food Programme, that it has been economically compelled to cut its food assistance to Zimbabwe, marks yet another blow to this beaten country.
How can we say on the one hand that we must help Zimbabwe and on the other put our hands in our pockets and walk on past the despair?
