Fanning the flames

After it’s internal strife late last year (which still escapes final settlement), the Thai people and institutions can ill afford war with Cambodia.

Let us therefore hope that the Thai authorities have not authorised a military intervention over the disputed Preah Vihear temple and that engagement may triumph over emotion.
