Celebrating democracy

For those who see Africa’s leaders as dictatorial and their processes as corrupt, the Presidential election in Ghana serves as a reminder that even with countries like Zimbabwe and Egypt, democracy has firmly established its roots in the continent.

The question is therefore not how can we create democracy in Africa but rather how can we help develop it?
