After a 54 day suspension of Parliament, Canada’s Parliamentarians today returned. The first item on the Parliamentary agenda was the Throne Speech. This has undoubtedly set the tone for what will be a testing time for Canada's elected and electors. Canada, like virtually other country around the world is at a crucial economic crossroads. The decisions taken in tomorrow’s budget and how quickly and effectively they are implemented will dictate how Canada gets through this current crisis.
